Pune City : 384 New Covid Cases , 168 Discharged Today
Pune, November 18 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 168 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 384 new patients were detected while 6 people died today. Today swab samples of 2743 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 165,426 out of which 156,639 have been cured while 4401 have died. There are still 4286 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 392 critical patients out of which 250 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 8,912,907 across the country. Out of this, 83,35,109 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 130,993 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 446,805 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
