Pune City: 43 Deaths Today in PMC, Check Ward Wise Positive Cases
Pune, October 02, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 1209 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 1024 new patients were detected while 43 people died today. Today swab samples of 5724 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pu
ne Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 147,351 out of which 127,639 have been cured while 3571 have died. There are still 16,141 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 910 critical patients out of which 508 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 63,94,068 across the country. Out of this, 53,52,078 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 99,773 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 942,217 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
