PCMC: 984 New COVID Cases, 25 Deaths Reported Today
Pimpri, 19 September 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 984 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 903 people got discharged from hospitals while 25 people died today.
According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 69,423 out of which 58,817 have recovered while 1134 have died. 5444 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 1143 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 362 have died and 3785 have been cured.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 5,308,014 across the country. Out of this, 4,208,431 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 85,619 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 10,139,64 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
