ADP celebrates their 12th Annual Day with over 1,600 associates in Pune
Pune, 25 August 2019: ADP Private Limited celebrated its 12th Annual Day on 25 August 2019 at JW Marriott, Pune. In 1999, 102 associates established operations in India and in 2007 they expanded operations in Pune. In the last 20 years they have maintained trust and confidence for clients, driving success and have tremendously contributed in making ADP the market leaders in HCM. Today, they have 10,000+ associates working across four locations in Hyderabad and Pune.
The annual day is an occasion, when all associates come along, engage and celebrate the success and growth of the organization. This year, as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary in India, their celebrations began nearly a month ago with a flash mob and unveiling of a special 20 years logo. They organized several engagement activities for their associates, such as the 5K & 10K Spirit Run, World Cup India match screening and Zumba workshop across all work locations. ADP also gifted a 20-gram fine Silver Coin to all their associates as a token of gratitude, for all their hard work and dedication shown and helping ADP reach this monumental milestone of completing 20 successful years in India.
The gala event on 25 August, took off with a grand inauguration ceremony, in the presence of Mr. Chaayanath K. Mysore, General Manager & Managing Director, ADP Private Limited and members from their global leadership committee. It was followed by a scrumptious hi-tea and a special performance by the talented children of MIDAS school, who are a significant part of ADP’s CSR program called TARANG. The company presented Annual Excellence Awards to its associates for their exemplary performance, and under the special awards category also presented the Spirit of ADP Award and the Achiever Award to individuals who have played a key role in ADP’s growth and success. To mark the 20 years completion in India, the company also felicitated their top 20 longest tenured associates on this occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Chaayanath K. Mysore, General Manager & Managing Director, ADP Private Limited, said, “We are very proud to announce that we have completed 20 years of operations in India. The highlight of the evening was a scintillating orchestra performance by an ensemble of musicians from ‘ADP Studio’, a group of talented and professional musicians from ADP. The celebrations continued onto a fun-filled note as the DJ opened the dance floor with some of the all-time favorite hits that made the associates groove to the tunes. The event came to a successful close with a gala dinner.
