Special Recovery Drive for PF dues — February and March 2019
Pune – EPFO Regional Office, Pune-2 is according highest priority to immediate recovery of provident fund (PF) dues under Special Recovery Drive for the months of February and March 2019. For the year 2018-19, arrear dues totalling Rs 6.83 Crore are pending.With this objective, Provisions of Attachment and Auction of properties, Appointment of Receiver, Arrest and Detention of Employer are being enforced in focused and decisive manner.Other coercive measures including Prosecution under Section 14, FIR under Section 406 — 409 under IPC shall be enforced earnestly against the following chronic/wilful defaulters for ,expedient realisation of PF dues.
