MP – World Heritage Week to be observed in museums of the state from November 19

Like every year, the Directorate of Archaeology, Archives and Museum will observe World Heritage Week this year also from November 19 to November 25, 2018. Commissioner Archaeology Shri Anupam Rajan has said that various programmes like exhibition, workshop and lecture-series will be organized in the museums set up in different districts including the Directorate.
Keeping in view the World Heritage Week, instructions have been given to the concerned officials to keep all the museums and memorials open despite November 19 being a weekly holiday. Entry to all museums and memorials of the department will be free during the World Heritage Week on November 19.
