Workshop on RERA by CREDAI Maha & MahaRERA Authority  on 15th June

PUNE- In order to educate developers on the post RERA Registration Compliance, CREDAI-Maharashtra and MahaRERA Authority jointly have organized a workshop on 15th June, 2018 at CREDAI-Pune Metro Auditorium.

“To inform the developers regarding the various compliances to be carried out on a regular basis till the Occupancy Certificate is received & protect them against the heavy penalties on non-compliances, the aforementioned workshop is scheduled”, informed Shantilal Kataria, President, CREDAI Maharashtra,

Dr. Vasantji Prabhu, Secretary, MahaRERA will be the keynote speaker. KPMG experts will also make a presentation. The workshop will also be addressed by Shantilal Kataria, President CREDAI-Maharashtra, Shrikant Paranjape, President, CREDAI-Pune Metro, Suhas Merchant- Chairman, State Advisory Council, CREDAI-Maharashtra and Akhil Agarwal- Convener, RERA Committee, CREDAI-Maharashtra.

Normally the nature of Compliances required is:-

1. (i) Architect Certificate and Occupation Certificate not uploaded- as per rule 3 of Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations, 2017 OR

(ii) Extension of date is not sought from MahaRERA- as perrule 7 of Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)

2. Commencement Certificate not uploaded – as per Section 4(2)(c) of RERA

3. Project details not updated Quarterly –as per Section 11(1) of RERA.

4. Statutory fee for Quarterly updation Registered project not paid

CREDAI-Maharashtra will also broadcast the event live through facebook page of CREDAI Pune Metro between 2pm to 5pm for the benefits of its members from remote places like Bhandara, Parbhani, Chandrapur, Ratnagiri, Malvan, Sawantwadi, etc andacross the state.
