Future Generali India Insurance employees volunteer at an NGO in Pune

Pune, June 08, 2018: Employees of Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII) today visited ‘Shreevatsa’ – a special child care centre run by Society of Friends of Sassoon Hospitals (SOFOSH), Pune. FGII is the general insurance arm of the joint venture between retail game changers Future Group and global insurer Generali.

SOFOSH provides shelter, care, educational and medical aid to family deprived children.

Under the aegis of FGII’s CSR intiative SNEH, a clay modelling session and a few games were organised to engage with the children. The children particpated in the activities with a lot of enthusiasm and vigour.

  • 20 employees volunteered to visitSociety of Friends of Sassoon Hospitals, Pune to play and conduct activities like clay modelling shop and musical chair.
  • The organisation has 50 kids under their wings out which some of them came and interacted with FGII employees in the activities.
  • Clay modelling workshop will help kids in developing finer motor skills. Fine motor skills aid in the growth of intelligence and develop continuously throughout the stages of human development.
  • Musical Chair was played to break the ice between the kids and the employees so that they can get more comfortable with the activity and enjoy the time.
