Bayroute Unveils Mango Festival Menu: A Golden Ode to Summer Indulgence

Introducing its limited-time Mango Festival Menu, the restaurant brings together luxury, nostalgia, and bold Middle Eastern flair in a vibrant showcase of mango-driven creativity available from April 15 to May 15 across all Bayroute locations in Mumbai.
Curated with Bayroute’s signature blend of authenticity and opulence, the festival menu delivers an unforgettable sensory experience through its vibrant cocktails, flavour-forward dishes, and desserts. It’s not just a menu, it’s a celebration of summer, plated to perfection.
The Ratnagiri Aamras Rita kicks off the drinks menu with a bold blend of tequila and fresh Ratnagiri aamras, rounded out with a jalapeno kick. The Kaccha Mango Mojito is a fizzy refresher that pairs vodka with raw mango and mint for a light, tangy twist. For something fruit-forward and fragrant, the Mango & Peach Kooler brings together gin, kesar aamras, and peach wine in a seamless summer medley. And for those who love their dessert in a glass, The Perfect Combo is a luscious mix of Alphonso mango, pineapple, and Callebaut chocolate, a tropical indulgence you’ll want to sip slow.
