EPIL Announces Recruitment For 48 Executive Positions, Application Deadline April 8

New Delhi, 24th March 2025: Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. (EPIL) has released a notification for the recruitment of 48 executive positions, including Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager roles. The application process, which began on March 19, 2025, will remain open until April 8, 2025.

The recruitment drive aims to fill various positions across different departments, including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Finance, and Legal disciplines. The vacancies are distributed as follows: 22 posts for Assistant Manager (E-1), 10 posts for Manager Gr.II (E-2), 11 posts for Manager Gr.I (E-3), and 5 posts for Senior Manager (E-4).

Eligible candidates can apply through the official EPIL website, www.epil.gov.in. The selection process will involve shortlisting based on educational qualifications and experience, followed by a written test (if required) and an interview.

Suresh Kumar, HR Director at EPIL, stated, “This recruitment drive is part of our efforts to strengthen our workforce and bring in fresh talent to drive our projects forward. We encourage qualified individuals to apply and join our dynamic team.”

The salary package for these positions ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, plus HRA, depending on the role. The age limit for applicants varies from 30 to 42 years, with relaxations applicable for SC/ST, OBC, and PWD candidates.

Educational qualifications required include B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in relevant disciplines, CA/ICWA, MBA (Finance), or LLB, with a minimum of 55% marks. For the Senior Manager position, candidates must also have 9 years of post-qualification experience.
