JW Marriott Pune to Host 3 Worlds Collide – An Exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner with Fratelli and Jean-Charles Boisset

Resonating with this legacy that has come down through the ages, JW Marriott Pune invites you to be part of this bespoke wine pairing dinner at their Italian restaurant, Alto Vino, with “Farm to Plate” as its centric concept.
Fratelli, in conjunction with the wine estates of global wine icon Jean-Charles Boisset will host a unique evening of global wine and food at Alto Vino.
Alto Vino’s patrons will be treated to a dinner of complete sensory bliss. The culinary team will be led by the Culinary Director of Boisset Collection, Chef Victor Scargle, an esteemed laureate of the coveted San Francisco Chronicle’s “Rising Star Chefs”. An ardent believer in the “Farm to Plate” concept, he has worked closely in the past to establish a program that formed a seamless alliance between the garden of locals and kitchen.
Internationally renowned wine consultant and Brand Director at Fratelli Wines, Mr. Craig W Wedge, will handpick wines to be paired over each meal course. A veteran in the wine industry with 25-years’ experience, he has worked extensively on wine tours and projects in Australia, India, Southern and Central Asia, Northern Europe, etc.
For the dinner, there will be wines from the exclusive Jean-Charles Boisset wine estates of Central and Southern France and Napa and Sonoma Valleys of the United States. There will also be single Vineyard Reserve wines from the Fratelli Vineyards of Akluj India. Diners will enjoy scrumptious dinner paired with, JCB Cremant 69 (Sparkling rose) – Burgundy, Fortant Grenache from France, Vitae Chardonnay from India, Deloach Pinot noir from California and Sette from India. The wine paired with the food will compliment it to produce a marriage of a palate experience, leaving your face oozing awe and oomph.
