Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar Receives Honorary Doctorate from Deakin University, Australia
Pune, 15 October 2024: Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Principal Director of the Symbiosis Society and Pro Chancellor of Symbiosis International University, has been awarded the Honorary Doctorate by Deakin University, Australia, in recognition of her consistent and distinguished contributions to the internationalization of higher education.
On 15 October 2024, Deakin University hosted a series of high-profile events in New Delhi to celebrate key milestones of its 30-year engagement with India. At this event, John Stanhope AM, Chancellor of Deakin University, honored Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar with the Honorary Doctorate to recognize her significant work in the internationalization of higher education.
