Pune: 5-Year-Old Victim Alleges Sexual Assault by Minors from Same Housing Society

Kondhwa, 5th October 2024: An incident of sexual assault involving a 5-year-old boy has come to light in the Kondhwa area of Pune, allegedly at the hands of minors. A case has been registered against three minors aged 10, 11, and 13 for the assault on the boy. The victim’s parents have filed a complaint at the Kondhwa Police Station.

According to police reports, both the victim and the accused minors live in the same housing society. The victim was playing on the premises when the accused minors called him over, showed him obscene videos on their phones, and behaved inappropriately with him. Afterwards, the minors allegedly sexually assaulted the victim.

The five-year-old reported this troubling information to his parents, prompting them to file a complaint at the police station. The Kondhwa Police are currently investigating the matter.
