Video: Auto-Rickshaw Driver’s Aggression Escalates Pune Road Rage Incident

Sangvi, 2nd October 2024: A disturbing road rage incident unfolded around 5:30 p.m. on September 27 near Rakshak Chowk, just outside the Aundh Military Station gate.

Rishabh Verma, a car driver en route from Punawale to Kharadi to pick up his wife, encountered aggressive behavior from an auto-rickshaw driver that escalated into a confrontation.

The conflict began when Verma attempted to overtake the auto-rickshaw on Aundh Road. According to Verma, tensions quickly intensified. “The auto driver started to act aggressively, even stomping on my car,” he recounted. “At one point, it felt like he was going to physically attack me.”

Verma filed a written complaint at the Sangvi Police Station. However, as of now, no action has been taken against the auto driver involved.
