Three Deaths Reported During Ganesh Visarjan in Pune, Post-Mortems Underway

Pune, 19th September 2024: Across the country, Ganeshotsav was celebrated enthusiastically, and the immersion program was carried out with devotion by everyone. However, while bidding farewell to Bappa, several unfortunate incidents have been reported in Maharashtra. In Pune, three people died during Ganesh Visarjan, as reported by Sassoon General Hospital.

According to reports, three people lost their lives in separate incidents during the immersion in Pune. They have been identified as Nayan Dhoke (27), Vishal Ballal (35), and a 45-year-old man, as confirmed by the administration of Sassoon Hospital. These incidents occurred on Laxmi Road, Tilak Road, and near Kasba Ganpati Mandir.

Currently, post-mortems are being conducted at Sassoon Hospital, and the report will soon reveal the exact causes of death.
