Pune: Traffic Diversion Implemented at Santosh Hall Chowk to Ease Congestion on Sinhagad Road
Sinhagad Road, 4th August 2024: Traffic changes have been implemented to alleviate congestion at Santosh Hall Chowk on Sinhagad Road. Vehicles travelling from Anand Nagar to Swargate should now proceed towards Vadgaon Bridge from Santosh Hall Chowk. After 150 meters, take a right at the Titan Watch Showroom to head towards Swargate.
For vehicles going from Vadgaon to Anand Nagar, drivers should reach Santosh Hall Chowk, take a right in front of Apte Colony, merge onto Sinhagad Road, and then continue straight, taking a left at Santosh Hall Chowk to proceed to Anand Nagar.
These changes have been implemented by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) to manage the increasing traffic volume. Citizens are encouraged to submit any suggestions regarding these traffic changes in writing to the Pune City Traffic Branch on Jail Road, Yerawada, by 16th September.
