Pune: Expansion Of Overbridge At Warje And Vadgaon Flyover, Rs 52 Crore Sanctioned: Work To Start Soon

Pune, 30th August 2024: The issues of major traffic jams have always been reported at the Warje-Vadgaon-Narhe stretch of the Pune Bengaluru National Highway, as well as the Warje-Narrow Bridges over the Mutha River. Widening these bridges has been an ongoing endeavor to solve the said issues of traffic.

The expansion project has been approved by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways with a budget of Rs 52 crore. It is imperative that the said job start on time and be finished on schedule. Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister, will lay the project’s cornerstone. Efforts are being made to guarantee that the project starts as soon as possible. To speed up the procedure, Gadkari has pledged to set up a meeting with officials in Delhi on Monday of next week.

It is anticipated that the bridge extension project will soon begin. This project should ease traffic congestion and provide much-needed relief for the affected commuters.
