Pune: RTI Activist Vijay Kumbhar Alleges 22 Bogus UPSC Officials Across India, Calls for Probe

Pune, 16th August 2024: While the Puja Khedkar controversy is still fresh in the minds of people across the country, Pune-based Right to Information (RTI) activist Vijay Kumbhar has made a sensational claim that 22 Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) officials in the country are bogus. Furthermore, a file named ‘UPSC FILES’ has gone viral on social media, containing the names of these alleged bogus officials.

Vijay Kumbhar has written a letter to UPSC, demanding an investigation into these fraudulent officials and those who assisted them. He has claimed that one of these officials is from Pune City, and four are from Maharashtra.

The alleged bogus officials are working in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Revenue Service (IRS). Kumbhar has stated that he has informed the concerned authorities and lodged a complaint with the relevant department, urging an inquiry and action against the culprits.
