Pune Fire Brigade Rescues 8-Month-Old Baby Trapped in Room in Hadapsar
Hadapsar, 16th August 2024: An 8-month-old baby in Pune was trapped inside a room due to the door locking automatically but was safely rescued by Pune Municipal Corporation’s (PMC) Fire Brigade officials.
The incident occurred in the Kale Padal area of Hadapsar. The girl’s parents, distressed by the situation, promptly notified the PMC Fire Brigade.
The fire brigade arrived quickly, and within just 5 minutes, the baby girl was rescued. Fire Brigade officials Tandel, Kulal, Dhume, Karne, Tilekar, Chavan, and Gadade assisted in the rescue. They used a cutter and 3-in-1 tools to open the door of the room where the girl was trapped.
