Pune, 23rd July 2024: Controversial IAS officer Puja Khedkar is currently untraceable, with police unable to reach her. Khedkar, who filed a complaint of mental harassment against Pune Collector Suhas Diwase, has failed to respond to two notices issued by the police for questioning.

Khedkar accused Pune Collector Diwase of mental harassment. Despite multiple attempts by Pune Police to contact her for questioning regarding her complaint, Khedkar has remained unreachable, with her phone reportedly switched off.

Adding to her troubles, the Delhi Crime Branch has registered a case against Khedkar for allegedly obtaining a fake disability certificate. This development has raised the possibility of her arrest. Khedkar’s mother, Manorama Khedkar, is already under arrest in connection with the same case.

Khedkar faces additional allegations of submitting a fake disability certificate and a fraudulent OBC non-creamy layer certificate. In response, the Ministry of Personnel of the Central Government formed a one-member committee to investigate these allegations, with a report expected within a week.

Moreover, Khedkar’s training tenure in the state has been halted, and she has been ordered to report to the training institute in Mussoorie by July 23. It remains to be seen whether she will comply with this order.

Psychometric Career Assessment Test

The Delhi Crime Branch has initiated an investigation into Khedkar’s alleged acquisition of a fake disability certificate. The case registered by the Delhi Police is likely to lead to further complications for Khedkar, who is already facing the threat of arrest.
