Pune: Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissioner Announces Internal Transfers of ACPs

Pimpri Chinchwad, 19th July 2024: There have been internal transfers of Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACP) within the Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissionerate (PCPC). Commissioner of Police Vinoy Kumar Choubey issued orders regarding these changes yesterday. The transfers include changes in the ACPs of Wakad, Chinchwad, and the Traffic Divisions, as well as a new appointment to the post of ACP of the Crime Branch.

The former ACP of the Crime Branch, Satish Mane, retired on 31st May 2024. Following his retirement, ACP Dr. Vishal Hire of Wakad was given additional charge of the Crime Branch. In the recent transfers, Dr. Vishal Hire has been moved from the Wakad Division to the Crime Branch.

ACP Mugutlal Patil has been transferred from the Operations Division and assigned to the Chinchwad Division. ACP Raju More, previously of the Chinchwad Division, has been transferred to the Traffic Branch.

ACP Sunil Kurade, who joined Pimpri Chinchwad from Thane city on 5th July 2024, has been appointed to oversee the Wakad Division.
