MHADA Pune Announces Winners of 4,850 Flats in Computerized Lottery

Mumbai/Pune, 18th July 2024: The computerized lottery for 4,850 flats conducted by Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority’s (MHADA) Pune was overseen by Minister of Housing of Maharashtra Atul Save via video conferencing system.

Pune District Collector Dr Suhas Diwase, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MHADA Anil Wankhede (via VC system), and members of the monitoring committee appointed by MHADA Pune – Pramod Yadav, Deepak Nalawade, and Dhananjay Kulkarni – along with Chief Officer of MHADA Pune Ashok Patil, were present at the program held in the auditorium of Pune Zilla Parishad.

Addressing the gathering, Minister Save stated, “MHADA has constructed numerous flats across various parts of Maharashtra. The MHADA lottery is entirely computer-based and free from human intervention, ensuring transparency throughout the process. The enthusiastic response from citizens to MHADA’s computerized draw underscores the substantial demand for affordable housing in the state.”

Minister Atul Save further announced that the MHADA Pune will soon conduct another lottery for those who were not selected in this draw.

Citizens whose names were drawn in the lottery were honoured by Collector Dr Diwase. The lottery results have been published on MHADA’s official websites https://mhada.gov.in and https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/, as well as displayed at the MHADA Pune Office.
