Pune: PCMC’s YCM Hospital Issued 7 % Permanent Disability Certificate To IAS Trainee Puja Khedkar

Pune, 15th July 2024: Trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar secured her position by presenting a medical certificate of disability, but it has come to light that she had provided a physically fit certificate to the college from which she obtained her MBBS degree. Additionally, it has been revealed that she received a leg disability certificate from the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation’s (PCMC) Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial (YCM) Hospital, suggesting possible discrepancies in her claims.

The latest development in the Khedkar case reveals her Pimpri-Chinchwad connection. She obtained a disability certificate from PCMC’s YCM Hospital, stating she has a 7 % permanent disability in her left knee. This certificate was issued on 24th August 2022. Earlier, Khedkar was reported to have received a disability certificate for visual impairment from Ahmednagar District Hospital.
