Pune: 1 Person Dead In Fatal Accident At Chandani Chowk, ST Bus Collides With Two-Wheeler And Mixer Truck
Kothrud, 13th June 2024: A fatal accident occurred at Chandni Chowk on the Katraj Dehu Road Bypass of the Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway. A Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus collided with a two-wheeler, resulting in the immediate death of one rider while another rider has sustained grievous injuries.
The bus, a freight vehicle, lost control and subsequently collided with multiple other vehicles, causing injuries to more than 5 to 6 individuals.
“ST bus collided with mixer truck and then commuters. Injured persons have been admitted to hospital. Traffic has been cleared”, DCP (Zone 3) Sambhaji Kadam told Punekar News.
