Pune: 73 Players for 3rd Edition of PYC Ravetkar Football League 2024

Pune, June 10, 2024: 73 players will represent 8 teams at the third edition of PYC Ravetkar Football League 2024 organized by PYC Hindu Gymkhana and will be played at PYC Hindu Gymkhana Club Ground from 11th to 16th June 2024. The event is sponsored by Ravetkar Group.

Mr. Kumar Tamhane, President of PYC Hindu Gymkhana and Mr. Sarang Lagu, Hon Secretary of PYC Hindu Gymkhana said that, there will be 8 teams participating with 9 players in each team. The tournament is a 6 a side tournament with 3 rolling substitutes.

Furthermore, Mr. Abhishek Tamhane, In-charge of the Tournament said that the participants who are all club members were selected in 8 teams through auction process. The teams are also owned by members are as follows Vintage Vikings (Owned by Sameer Joshi), Gladiators (Harjeet Singh Matharu), Samosa Strikers (Chinar Oak & Yash Bhide), Bougainvillea Ninjas (Siddharth Gokhale), Ravtekar Titans (Amol Ravetkar & Parag Chopada), Falcons (Satyajit Nimbalkar & Chaitanya Rahatekar(Falcons), Ovenfresh Tuskers (Jehan Kothari & Sameer Bakre), SCI Warriors(Samar Jhamvar will be seen in the action.

A Committee comprising of Abhishek Tamhane, Sarang Lagu, Nandan Dongre, Abhishek Bhagwat, Siddarth Date was constituted for smooth conduction of Tournament.
