Two Minor Girls Assaulted by Four Individuals in Pune’s Ambegaon Taluka

Pargaon, 10th June 2024: Under the Pargaon Karkhana Police Station in Pune’s Ambegaon Taluka, a shocking incident has come to light in which four people allegedly gang-raped two minor girls who are cousins. The accused recorded a video of the crime and shared it with another individual, who in turn showed it to the victims, causing them great distress. The Pargaon Karkhana Police have filed a case against a total of five individuals, including the two minor accused.

The mother of the minor victims complained to the Pargaon Karkhana Police Station. According to the police, while the minor cousins were alone at home, Avdhoot Raju Panchras, Kunal Kailas Borhade, and two other minors entered the house, locked the door from inside, and allegedly gang-raped the girls while threatening them with dire consequences. Following the assault, the accused shared a video of the heinous act with Mahesh Subhash Tambe, who further traumatized one of the girls by showing her the video. As a result, a case has been registered against Tambe as well.

Police have detained some suspects, and Police Inspector Arun Phuge of the Pargaon Karkhana Police Station is currently leading the investigation into this distressing matter.
