Pune: Interactive Activities and Green Ventures Mark Eco Jatra’s Sustainable Celebration

Kothrud, 6th June 2024: In an era where environmental consciousness is paramount, Eco Jatra stood up as a beacon of sustainability, offering a unique space where eco-friendly living transcends theory and becomes a tangible reality.

On Sunday, June 2nd, 2024, Eco Jatra hosted a special event at Cafehouse, Reeka – conveniently located opposite Anandnagar metro Station in Kothrud, Pune – to commemorate this year’s World Environment Day. The event highlighted five major opportunities for attendees to engage with sustainable practices and like-minded individuals.

1) Networking For Green Business: Eco Jatra introduced participants to the Green Entrepreneurs Enclave (GREEN), a dedicated platform designed to foster connections and collaborations among eco-conscious entrepreneurs. This networking opportunity laid the groundwork for innovative partnerships and initiatives that could drive the green economy forward.

2) Platform To Purchase Green Products: The event showcased a curated selection of ethically produced, eco-friendly products, making it easy for attendees to support sustainable businesses while aligning their purchases with their environmental values. From reusable accessories to energy-efficient solutions, the marketplace highlighted the diversity and accessibility of green products.

3) Knowledge Sharing Hub: Eco Jatra facilitated meaningful discussions among green entrepreneurs and attendees, focusing on pressing environmental issues like global warming, climate change, and responsible waste management. A highlight was the free Carbon Footprint (Kundali) assessment, providing attendees with a personalized understanding of their environmental impact and suggesting ways to reduce their carbon footprint.
