Goddess and I to feature Arundhati Patwardhan

Pune 23rd September, 2017 :To bid salute to womanhood featured in different forms in the literature from ancient period, Some artists have come together to produce a special dance & musical video.

‘Goddess and I’ is a special Video conceptualised & choreographed by renowned Bharatnatyam dancer Arundhati Patwardhan, daughter of Dr. Sucheta Bhide Chapekar & produced by Kalavardhini Charitable Trust.The video features Arundhati along with artists Yashoda Patankar & Rama Kuknur is released on a YouTube channel ‘Kalavardhini Srujan’ marking the occasion of Navratri.

Dr.Rahul Deshpande acclaimed Paediatric Dentist has written this beautiful poem which depicts the evolution of a lady in the form of a goddess. From ancient times, all the phases of a woman’s life have been prettily portrayed in the poem. The poem signifies power, energy, peace, strength, knowledge, wisdom and prosperity. The words of the poem are Sanskrit based which are easy to understand for the viewers.

‘Goddess and I’ is composed by Devendra Bhome and has been sung by the talented Jaydeep Vaidya.
