Pune, 23rd May 2024: BramhaCorp Limited has issued a statement addressing recent media reports that have inaccurately identified Vishal Agarwal as the Managing Director of the company following the Porsche car accident in Kalyani Nagar, in which two IT professionals lost their lives.

Ajay Agrawal, Managing Director of BramhaCorp Limited, expressed concerns over the misinformation. “Media reports have incorrectly listed Vishal Agarwal as the Managing Director/Director of BramhaCorp Limited. This information is misleading and false,” he stated. “Vishal Agarwal is the owner of Bramha Realty & Infrastructure, which has no affiliation or association with BramhaCorp Limited in any capacity.”

The misreporting has led to significant repercussions for BramhaCorp Limited, causing confusion among our stakeholders. Ajay Agrawal emphasized the importance of rectifying this error to prevent further damage to the company’s reputation. “The incorrect designation of Vishal Agarwal as MD/Director of BramhaCorp has caused significant concern among our stakeholders. The erroneous association is unjustly damaging the reputation of BramhaCorp Limited.”

BramhaCorp Limited has requested media outlets to publish the correct information to prevent further misunderstandings. “We respectfully request that you acknowledge this error and publish the correct information: Vishal Agarwal, who has been arrested in connection with the road accident, is not associated with BramhaCorp Limited in any manner whatsoever. He and his family separately and independently own a company identified as Bramha Realty & Infrastructure Private Limited,” Ajay Agrawal clarified.

This statement aims to clear any confusion and maintain the integrity of BramhaCorp Limited’s business operations and reputation.
