Unauthorized Structures Of Restaurants Demolished In Kothrud By Pune Municipal Corporation
Kothrud, 17th May 2024: Today, Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) conducted anti-encroachment action in Kothrud, targeting areas such as Rambaug Colony, near MIT College, Paud Road, and surrounding areas. Approximately 25,000 square feet of unauthorized encroachment construction was removed during the operation.
Executive Engineer Bipin Shinde, Deputy Engineer Shrikant Gaikwad, Branch Engineer Mukesh Pawar, Junior Engineer Manoj Kumar, along with staff including Sagar Shinde, Ganesh Thobare, Rishikesh Rathod, Bhavesh Jagdale, among others, participated in the operation.
With the assistance of encroachment staff, they demolished unauthorized constructions belonging to Spice Garden, The Coriander Leaf, and Delilah Kitchen & Bar restaurants in Kothrud.
