Dr. Kiran Tulse Sets An Example By Traveling From London To Vote In Pune

Thergaon, 13th May 2024: In Pune district, polling took place today in the Maval, Pune, and Shirur Lok Sabha constituencies. Notably, voters who had travelled from abroad to exercise their voting rights were observed at various polling stations. Among them was Dr. Kiran Tulse, who arrived from London, set an exemplary precedent for local citizens by fulfilling his civic duty.

Dr Kiran, a resident of Pimpri Chinchwad, along with his parents, cast his vote at MM High School in Thergaon on Monday afternoon. Having resided in London for the past 6 years, Dr. Tulse exemplified his commitment to national responsibility through voting.

Expressing his sentiments, Dr. Tulse remarked, “Inspired by the social work ethos instilled by my parents and driven by a sense of familial obligation, I recognized that voting is a fundamental aspect of our national duty. Democracy thrives on the participation of every citizen, hence my decision to travel from London solely to vote in the Lok Sabha elections.”
