In the video, the person then pulls money from their wallet and attempts to hand it over to the official. Surprisingly, the official redirects them, indicating that the money should be given to the driver of the towing vehicle instead. Subsequently, the towing vehicle is seen driving away after reportedly receiving the bribe, while the person returns to their vehicle.
