Pune: Investigation Underway Following Child’s Death in Warje Swimming Pool Accident

Warje, 8th April 2024: An incident occurred at the Aditya Garden Society in the Warje area, resulting in the untimely demise of a seven-year-old boy named Shivansh Pathade. The incident involved him drowning in the society’s swimming pool. Following this incident, authorities at the Warje Malwadi Police Station have initiated an investigation into the case, categorizing it as a sudden death.

Shivansh, accompanied by his parents, was dropped off at the children’s swimming pool within the society premises. While the Pathade couple was taking a stroll around the area, approximately fifteen minutes later, they returned to the vicinity of the swimming pool, only to discover Shivansh missing. A search ensued, revealing that he had drowned in the pool. He was swiftly rushed to a nearby private hospital, but unfortunately, succumbed to the incident before receiving medical attention.

It’s worth noting that the Pathade family originates from Yavatmal district, where Shivansh’s parents are employed in a private company.
