Pune: Jarange Patil’s Shivba Organization Denies Allegations Made by Youths in Beed
Pune, 26th February 2024: Refuting the allegations made by the youths who held a press conference regarding the Kopardi case, lawyers from Manoj Jarange Patil’s Shivba organization held their press conference in Pune today, discrediting the claims and defending Jarange Patil against the accusations.
Adv Wajid Khan Bidkar and Adv Ganesh Maske Patil expressed their views, stating, “The unfounded accusations against Manoj Jarange Patil stem from an intolerance towards his growing popularity. Jarange Patil has made significant contributions to society, and his sacrifices should not be overlooked. It is alleged that the ruling political party, in collaboration with certain individuals, is tarnishing Patil’s reputation.”
In a press conference held in Beed City, four youths claimed to be activists associated with Union Minister Narayan Rane’s family, made false accusations against Jarange Patil. The information was provided by Lawyers Ad Wajid Khan Bidkar and Ad Ganesh Maske Patil from Jarange’s Shivba organization.
Adv Maske added, “Jarange Patil had intended to confront the accused in the Kopardi rape case outside the court in 2017, but others restrained him. However, these four youths were more assertive and proceeded to beat up the accused. Jarange Patil remained at the scene until these youths were granted bail.”
“It is noteworthy that these same individuals had organized a press conference three months ago, commending Jarange Patil. Their sudden change in stance raises questions. Whenever certain individuals are displeased, they promptly turn against Jarange Patil. Importantly, Jarange Patil has no affiliations with NCP or Sharad Pawar,” he added
Adv Maske mentioned further, “Efforts were undertaken by us and Jarange to secure the release of the youths who later held a press conference against Jarange Patil. We are receiving numerous calls urging us to speak against Jarange, and when the time is right, we will present evidence to clarify the situation.”
