Fire Breaks Out in Pune Railway Yard; No Injuries Reported

Pune, 13th February 2024: Around 2 am, a fire broke out in one coach of a train stationed in the Pune Railway Junction yard, subsequently spreading to two other coaches. The blaze was successfully brought under control with the assistance of four fire brigade vehicles and personnel. There were no reported injuries or fatalities.

“It was in a stabled coach, not in any train”, said Pune DRM Indu Rani Dubey.
