Viman Nagar, 8th December 2023: This morning, Pune Airport experienced significantly low visibility, leading to the diversion of several flights, disrupting travel plans for passengers. The Airport Director provided details on the affected flights due to the challenging weather conditions.

Vistara flight UK-971, operating in the Delhi-Pune sector, had to be diverted to Mumbai as a precautionary measure in response to the low visibility at Pune Airport.

Similarly, Indigo flight 6E_5003, flying in the Delhi-Pune sector, also faced diversion, rerouting to Mumbai due to the adverse weather conditions affecting safe landing in Pune.

Star Air flight S5-173, scheduled for the Hyderabad-Pune sector, encountered low visibility challenges, resulting in its diversion to Hyderabad for the safety of passengers and crew.
