Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis Attends Bageshwar Baba Program in Pune

Pune, 22nd November 2023: Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis emphasized the inclusive nature of Sanatan Dharma during his attendance at the ‘Hanuman Katha Satsang’ program organized by the Jagdish Mulik Foundation. Dismissing misinformation that Sanatan Dharma is conservative and communal, Fadnavis highlighted its essence of eternal connection, bringing people together without discrimination.

The three-day program, held at Sangamwadi, featured the mesmerizing sermons of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri, also known as Bageshwar Dham Sarkar. The event, organized by the foundation, drew devotees from across the country to witness the spiritual discourse.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Chief Minister Fadnavis shared his perspective on the unifying principles of Sanatan Dharma. Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil, along with organizers Jagdish Mulik and Yogesh Mulik, MLAs Madhuri Misal and Sunil Kamble, and BJP city president Dhiraj Ghate, were among the notable attendees.

Fadnavis also spoke about the awakening of the nation, emphasizing that if India awakens, the world will follow suit. He highlighted the upcoming opening of the Lord Ramchandra temple in Ayodhya, scheduled to commence on January 22, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Fadnavis underscored the transformative power of listening to the story of Lord Ramchandra, stating that it leads to success in life.
