Pune: Fatal Collision Claims Life On Bhugaon To Bavdhan Road

Bhugaon, 4th November 2023: A fatal collision occurred between a two-wheeler and a container truck on the Bhugaon to Bavdhan road on Friday (November 3rd) resulting in the death of Anil Raghu Bhuruk, a 46-year-old resident of Bhugaon.

The accident took place when the truck’s wheel ran over the two-wheeler rider, leading to instantaneous fatality. Anil’s nephew, Amit Arjun Bhuruk, aged 30 and residing in Dhayari, has filed a complaint at the Hinjawadi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad Police. Subsequently, a case has been registered against the driver of the truck involved in the incident.

According to the preliminary investigation conducted by the police, the victim, Anil Bhuruk, who is a uncle of the complainant, was en route to Karve Road on his two-wheeler. The accused, allegedly driving the truck at a high speed, collided with Bhuruk’s bike, displaying a blatant disregard for traffic rules. The impact caused Bhuruk to fall from his two-wheeler, and the fatal moment ensued as the truck’s wheel ran over him.
