Indian Railways Announces 70 Additional Festival Special Trains for Diwali and Chhath, Including Services from Pune

Pune, 31st October 2023: Railways will run 70 more Festival Special Train Services for Diwali and Chhath Festivals to clear the extra rush of passengers as per details given below:

1. Valsad-Danapur Weekly Special (16 Services)

09025 Special will leave Valsad every Monday at 08.40 hrs with effect from 6.11.2023 to 25.12.2023 (8 Trips) and will reach Danapur at 11.30 hrs next day.

09026 Special will leave Danapur every Tuesday at 14.30 hrs with effect from 7.11.2023 to 26.12.2023 (8 Trips) and will arrive Valsad at 21.30 hrs next day.

Halts: Valsad, Bhestan, Nandurbar, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt.Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Jn., Buxar, Ara and Danapur.

Composition: One AC 2-Tier, Three AC-3 Tier, 12 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class including two luggage cum guard’s brake vans (22 ICF Coaches)

2. Udhna-Mangaluru Jn Bi-Weekly Special (36 Services)

09057 Special will leave Udhna every Friday and Sunday at 19.45 hrs with effect from 3.11.2023 to 31.12.2023 (18 Trips) and will reach Mangaluru Jn at 19.10 hrs next day.

09058 Special will leave Mangaluru Jn every Saturday and Monday at 21.10 hrs with effect from 4.11.2023 to 1.1.2024 (18 Trips) and will arrive Udhna at 21.30 hrs next day.

Halts: Udhna, Valsad, Vapi, Palghar, VasaiRoad, Bhivandi Road, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sawarda, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kanakvali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim, Karmali, MadgaonJn., Canacona, Karwar, Ankola, Gokarna Road, Kumta, Murdeshwar, Bhatkal, Mookmbika Road Byndoor, Kundapura, Udupi, Mulki, Surthkal and MangaluruJn.

3. Indore-Pune Weekly Special (18 Services)

09324 Special will leave Indore every Wednesday at 11.15 hrs with effect from 1.11.2023 to 27.12.2023 (9 Trips) and will reach Pune at 03.10 hrs next day.

09323 Special will leave Pune every Thursday at 05.10 hrs with effect from 2.11.2023 to 28.12.2023 (9 Trips) and will arrive Indore at 23.55 hrs next day.

Halts: Indore, Dewas, Ujjain, Nagda, Ratlam, Godhra, Vadodara, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Vasai Road, Kalyan, Lonavala and Pune.

Composition: One AC 2-Tier, Three AC-3 Tier, 12 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class including two luggage cum guard’s brake vans (22 ICF Coaches)

Reservation: Bookings for special trains on special charges will open immediately at all computerized reservation centers and on website www.irctc.co.in
