Pune: Explosion At Chemical Company In Kurkumbh Industrial Estate Leaves Four Workers Injured
Daund, 16th September 2023: A sudden and powerful explosion rocked the premises of Melzer Chemical Private Limited Company, situated in the Kurkumbh Industrial Estate of Daund Taluka, Pune district.
The incident resulted in four workers sustaining severe injuries, while one worker suffered minor burns during the production process. The injured individuals have been admitted to Pyramid Hospital in Daund for immediate medical attention. The names of the injured workers remain undisclosed at this time.
Details surrounding the precise cause of the explosion remain unclear, as authorities are still investigating the incident which took place around 4.30 pm today.
