Former BJP MLA Medha Kulkarni Criticizes Party Leadership in Pune
Pune, 11th August 2023: In a surprising turn of events, former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Medha Kulkarni has publicly expressed her discontent with the party leadership in Pune. Kulkarni, known for her outspoken nature, has raised concerns about the perceived politics of division and self-interest within the party.

She questioned the approach of certain party leaders in claiming credit for initiatives that were brought to their attention by others. Specifically, Kulkarni highlighted her role in bringing the issue of the Chandni Chowk inauguration to the forefront, with Nitin Gadkari and Devendra Fadnavis being credited for it.
She pointed out that Gadkari himself acknowledged her involvement in a public speech a few years ago. Despite her contributions and dedicated service to the party, Kulkarni feels that her efforts are being overshadowed by others who are eager to claim credit.
Kulkarni’s post also touched upon her exclusion from certain key events, highlighting instances where she was not given the recognition she felt she deserved. She expressed her disappointment with the apparent disregard for her contributions and questioned whether her presence and efforts were being deliberately sidelined.
