Pune: After Landslide, Road Closure Ordered Between Dapsare And Ghol Villages In Velhe Taluka
Pune, 19th July 2023: A road closure has been implemented between Dapsare and Ghol villages in Velhe taluka due to stones on the road after landslide, resulting in the suspension of ST bus services to Ghol.
To ensure the comfort and safety of passengers, arrangements for accommodation and food have been made at Dapsare for the bus driver, conductor, and passengers. Authorities have also initiated contact for the deployment of a JCB vehicle to clear the road.
Sub-Divisional Officer Rajendra Kachre has assured that efforts are underway to clear the road by tomorrow morning, allowing for the safe resumption of travel and transportation services. Until then, travelers and residents in the affected area are advised to remain patient and cooperate with the authorities during the road repair process.
