PMRDA Extends Deadline For E-Auction of Commercial Shops in Pune
Pune, 14th July 2023: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced an extension to the registration deadline for its highly anticipated e-auction of 120 shops located in the residential scheme of Bhosari Peth number 12. Interested parties now have until July 24, 2023, to register and download the bidding documents, providing them with more time to participate in this unique auction.
The auction includes a diverse range of commercial spaces, varying in size from a minimum of 10.36 square meters to a maximum of 23.09 square meters. These shops will be offered on a lease basis for a remarkable period of 80 years. The base prices for the units start at INR 855,000, with the highest base price set at INR 1,907,580.
The e-auction is scheduled to take place on August 10, 2023, commencing at 11:00 am on the dedicated e-Auction portal (https://eauction.gov.in). To participate in the auction, individuals and businesses are required to register on the portal and carefully follow the instructions provided for downloading the bidding documents. The registration and document download process will remain open until 5:00 pm on July 24, 2023.
