DPR For Pune-Nashik Expressway To Be Ready In 8-10 Months, Says Local MLA
Pune 13th July 2023: The process to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Pune-Nashik Expressway has already begun and the report is likely to be completed in next 8-10 months. MLA from Bhosari constituency Mahesh Landge shared the update about project through his social media account.
“With preliminary ground survey completed, Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd. have begun work on preparing the DPR for 6 Lane Access Controlled Greenfield Expressway. The DPR will be ready within 8-10 months” he tweeted.
“The 180km 6 lane expressway is expected to reduce travel time between Nashik and Pune to 2 hours from the current 4-5 hour journey. It will connect MSRDC’s proposed Pune Ring Road project (near Chimbali) and Shinde (on NH-60). The expressway will pass through the districts of Pune, Ahmednagar and Nashik” he added.
