Pune: Light Rain Causes Fallen Tree, Leaving Residents Stranded at Splendid Courtyard Society Entrance In Lohegaon

Lohegaon, 24th June 2023: Splendid Courtyard Society on Porwal Road faced a major obstruction today as a fallen tree completely blocked the society entrance, rendering residents unable to enter or exit the premises. The incident was reported at 7:30 pm, shortly after a light rain shower had occurred in the city.
Promptly responding to the distress call, the local fire brigade rushed to the spot at 8 pm to assess and address the situation. The team removed the tree within 10 minutes.
The presence of the fallen tree has also caused a slight slowdown in traffic near the location, further compounding the inconvenience faced by residents and passersby.
