Pune: Bag Containing Cash and US Dollars Worth Over 4 Lakh Stolen from Clinic in Baner
Baner, 21st April 2023: An incident of theft has been reported in Baner area of Pune, where a bag containing US dollars and cash worth Rs 4 lakh 82 thousand was stolen from a clinic.
The owner of the clinic, Ritesh Shah, filed a complaint at Chaturshringi police station. According to the police, Shah owns Shraddha Polyclinic near Orchid School in Baner.
Shah was in the hospital when the incident took place. The bag containing the money was with him at the time. However, he noticed that the bag was missing and immediately approached the police to lodge a complaint. A case has been registered in this regard, and police constable Ashok Vanave is investigating the matter.
