Pune: FIR Filed Against Two Boys For Blackmailing And Molesting Minor Girl
Pune, 7th April 2023: Kondhwa police have registered an FIR against two boys for allegedly blackmailing and molesting a 15-year-old girl in her home.
The accused, identified as Raj Ravi Koli, an 18-year-old resident of Satara, and a 16-year-old minor, forcibly clicked photos of the victim hugging and kissing Raj and then made them viral.
The charges filed against them include molestation, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO), and violating the IT Act.
The incident happened on November 13, when the girl was alone at home. The accused visited her house and molested her, taking advantage of the situation. While Raj Koli forcibly kissed the girl and hugged her, the minor accomplice clicked their pictures without their consent and made them go viral on social media. After the incident, the victim’s mother filed a complaint, leading to the arrest of the accused.
The incident came to light when the victim reported the incident to the school counselors during a counseling session. The police are conducting a thorough investigation to gather evidence and build a strong case against the accused. They are also looking into other possible instances of similar crimes committed by the accused.
