Pune University To Conduct Session For Parents And Students About National Education Policy 2020 On 6th April

Pune, 3rd April 2023: Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) is organizing a public awareness program on the National Education Policy 2020, aimed at parents and students of the university and affiliated colleges. The program will take place on 6th of April and is the first such initiative in Maharashtra.

 

Dr Karbhari Kale, Vice-Chancellor of SPPU, made this announcement at a press conference held on the university campus. He was accompanied by Dr Sanjeev Sonawane, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University, Ravindra Shingnapurkar, Member of the Management Council and Program Organizer, and Dr Sanjay Dhole, Director of Internal Quality and Excellence Room.

 

Dr Sanjeev Sonawane said that the university aims to implement the National Education Policy in a comprehensive manner, taking into account the views and opinions of every component. Ravindra Shingnapurkar informed that the program will take place from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm on 6th April 2023, in the Saint Dnyaneshwar auditorium in the main building of the university.

 

Dr Nitin Karamalkar, former Vice-Chancellor of the University and Chairman of the State Steering Committee appointed for implementation of the National Education Policy, Dr RD Kulkarni, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Mumbai University, and Professor of ICT, Mumbai, and Dr Anil Rao, retired Principal of MJ College, Jalgaon, along with other dignitaries will guide parents and students during the event.
