Pune: Vande Bharat Express very Well Liked By Passengers; Revenue Of Rs 4.3 Crore Received In 32 Days
Pune, 26th March 2023: It has been 32 days since the start of the Mumbai-Solapur Vande Bharat Railway. This train runs daily from Mumbai to Solapur via Pune and back to Mumbai. This train is getting good preference of passengers. Due to this, the railway has got a revenue of Rs 4.3 crores.
Railway no 22225 Mumbai-Solapur Vande Bharat Express to Solapur via Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Dadar, Kalyan, Pune, Kurduwadi. 26,028 passengers traveled in the last 32 days. Railways got a revenue of Rs 2.07 crore. Railway no 22226 Solapur-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express carried 27,520 passengers. From this, the Railways received a revenue of Rs 2.23 crores.
1,128 passengers travel at a time on Vande Bharat Railway. It has a passenger carrying capacity of 1,024 chair cars and 104 executive chair cars. On-board Wi-Fi infotainment, GPS-based passenger information system, plush interiors, bio-vacuum toilets with touch-free facilities, diffused LED lighting, charging points under each seat, and individual touch-based reading lights are among the excellent passenger amenities. Mumbai-Solapur-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express is the 9th Vande Bharat Railway in the country.
