Tuba Foundation helps professionals give back to the society

Pune: Nearly 70 households of Talvali Village in Pen taluka of Raigad district received ‘First Aid Kit’ and 300 villagers got clothes which were collected from the different companies and housing societies from Pune.

Pune based NGO Tuba Foundation in association with Rage Frameworks arranged the give back day for the professionals and students of different schools and colleges of Pune. The main motto of this day was to give the beautiful experience of village life to the professionals and students to feel more connected with the villagers.  They also educated the villagers about health, hygiene, sanitation and about their rights.

Dr Narendra, specialists in general medicine, explained how to use the first aid kit.

“I had an amazing experience and got myself some peace of mind and had a chance of giving something back to the society”, said Dr Narendra.

Young and proactive volunteers of Tuba Foundation and employees at Rage Frameworks made the most of their day by interacting with the villagers, working with them and entertaining them as well.

Deepak Aher (26), who works with Rage Frameworks, said, “It was an awesome experience meeting the villagers, especially the kids. Real break from the monotonous city life.”

Pari Humdule, founder of Tuba Foundation, added, “I adore spending time with these villagers”

Trilochan Kanda (20), volunteer of Tuba foundation, said, “Had an amazing time distributing the medical kits and clothes and had a feeling of gratitude towards my privileges.”

Rage frameworks sponsored the first aid kit and this whole day activity under their CSR work.
